Compatibility and safety notes
- The app checks the connected micro:bit and chooses fast programming when possible.
- If a full wireless update is required, the browser may ask you to select the micro:bit again.
- On Android, once the full-programming reboot has been accepted, the app keeps that state until the real programming service appears. A temporary old Bluetooth service view will not restart the reboot process.
- If Android still shows the old Bluetooth services after the normal recovery checks, the page may refresh itself once while preserving the prepared program. Press Connect once after the refresh to continue.
- If Android recovery Bluetooth authorization is unavailable, power the micro:bit off and on once, then press Connect. The app will wait for Bluetooth to refresh rather than asking for repeated power cycles.
- If the normal application itself cannot establish protected full-programming access after its allowed security restart and reconnect, use USB once to install the approved Bluetooth base program.
- Keep the micro:bit powered and the browser tab open until completion.
